Why GROUPLOVE deserves your cash: Simply put – they put on a heck of a live show, and they’re likely to play some of the most infectiously catchy indie pop you’ll hear this year. GROUPLOVE is a band on the rise, so it will be fun to catch them at a smaller venue like Prophet Bar. We saw them open for Two Door Cinema Club awhile back, and they were quite a surprise.

Why Battles deserves your cash: When you look back on the year that was, Battles will no doubt make plenty best of lists. Their recent release, Glass Drop and the single off that album, ‘Ice Cream’ was one of this summer’s many Indie anthems. It’s said that on this tour Battles is playing a good mix of material from Glass Drop and their first album, Mirrored which should please new and old fans alike.

Why The Drums deserves your cash: Listening to The Drums just puts you in a good mood. And it’s not that their lyrics are overly upbeat or their sound is exceptionally fluffy, but the melodies have a way of drawing you in and forcing you to bop your head to the beat. Plus, if you’re one to read into band drama, The Drums might not be around for much longer, so enjoy them while you can. As a bonus, The Drums will be doing a DJ set at Beauty Bar after the show.
